returns & refunds

Woven Magic USA will accept returns at the cost of the customer. Once the goods are checked and returned back into inventory, a full refund will be issued, less a restocking fee of between $10.00 and $95.00 (based on the quantity of items) and the original shipping and handling costs.

Exchanges & damaged or faulty goods

Woven Magic USA will accept returns based on either damaged or faulty goods. Customer should take specific photos of damage or product fault and e-mail to info@strongsidemarketing.com and return the product to Woven Magic USA, 3537 Clipper Mill Road, Baltimore MD 21211. Please note the dimensions of each product on the website are accurate and returns will not be accepted based on a size or dimension. Exchanges, however can be made. (Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling).

shipping guidelines

Woven Magic USA ships twice a week, so you should expect your order to be delivered within 10 – 18 days of placing your order. Woven Magic ships from Baltimore, MD via UPS and will provide buyers with tracking numbers.

Shipping and handling costs are based upon order size and composition. Shipping costs will be communicated to you once we are in receipt of your order.
